We are very happy we met John Warren when faced with water issues and the many options from other companies who claimed to all be ‘the best’ not to mention the thousands of dollars they wanted to install a new system. We called John and he has been such a huge help and is always right there if anything needed or questions answered. We would highly recommend Aquatek above any other water purification company! I trust John more than any of the other companies I received estimates from. His price was better, his equipment was equal or superior. I will use him again. Also some other companies tried to double talk me into using them and offered 2nd rate equipment at a higher price. John was honest and answered all questions.
Our experience with AquaTek Pro Water Purification Co. was excellent! I have to say that John Warren is the most knowledgeable water professional I have ever encountered. He tested the water, discussed the pertinent issues and recommended an appropriate system to meet our needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a serious water professional and a company with reasonable pricing.

Our well water stopped running. John came out within 2 hours! Ended up being that we needed a new pressure tank. Very thorough with his work! And job was completed within about an hour.

We found out, this customers husband is in the military and not able to fix the problem himself so, we waived the service dispatch fee of $60.00. We replaced their bad pressure tank which, was also corroding on the inside and adding to their iron problems. The pressure tank was replaced with a fiber glass pressure tank that will not rust and reset the pressure on the pump which, was increased to 60 PSI by anther company instead of diagnosing and fixing the problem properly. John installed a whole house water softener and purification system for our house. He was not only most professional and responsive but a lot less money than other like businesses we got estimates from.
John arrived at the appointed time, he completed the job quickly, he cleaned up the work area and explained the entire process as he worked. He also made sure that I would know how to contact him if I had any problems later on. His knowledge and professionalism were exceptional.

Needed to replace the water softener and water filter
Arrived at the time they said they would. Kept everything neat and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. Respected surrounding area of plants and other things. Answered a million questions and spent a lot of time explaining things regarding the operation of the system. Very patient and sincere. I received a follow up call 2 days after the install to be sure things were fine. I was given a number to call in the event of a problem no matter what the time. I hired them for servicing the equipment as well and they are very consistent with their communication and punctuality. I couldn’t be happier unless it was free.

After 2 other failed systems done by other companies, Aqua Tek came in and set up an entire system that has worked perfectly! Not only was the price the best from 4 other bids, the equipment was better than what the others were going to put in.
