Arrived at the time they said they would. Kept everything neat and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. Respected surrounding area of plants and other things. Answered a million questions and spent a lot of time explaining things regarding the operation of the system. Very patient and sincere. I received a follow up call 2 days after the install to be sure things were fine. I was given a number to call in the event of a problem no matter what the time. I hired them for servicing the equipment as well and they are very consistent with their communication and punctuality. I couldn’t be happier unless it was free.
Description of work:
After 2 other failed systems done by other companies, Aqua Tek came in and set up an entire system that has worked perfectly! Not only was the price the best from 4 other bids, the equipment was better than what the others were going to put in.
